The paper identifies areas which the review is interested in exploring when considering reform, and invites responses by mid-February 2006.

The Better Regulation Executive has published 'Reducing Burdens in Colleges of Further Education', a report of the joint-project carried out with the Department for Education & Skills and the Learning & Skills Council. The report makes 26 recommendations aimed at reducing the amount of unnecessary demands placed on all front line staff in further education.
