Ministers

The Propriety and Ethics team advises the Cabinet Secretary, Ministers and departments on the theory and practice of Ministers' accountability to Parliament for the work of their departments and agencies.

It is responsible for the Ministerial Code, the Prime Minister's code of conduct and guidance on procedure for Ministers, and for Travel by Ministers, guidance on the use of official cars and on rail and air travel.
