Pre-Budget 2002
The Pre-Budget Report, Steering a steady course: Delivering stability, enterprise and fairness in an uncertain world, sets out updated forecasts for the economy and the public finances, reports on how the Government's policies are helping to deliver its long-term goals, and describes the reforms that the Government is considering ahead of Budget 2003 and on which it will be consulting in the months ahead.
