New Companies Legislation
(Modernising Company Law White Paper

This White
Paper sets out the Government's core proposals
for simplifying and modernising company law, especially
for small companies; for providing a legal framework
for all companies which reflects the needs of the
modern economy; and for ensuring it remains up to
date in the future.
