CONSULTATION ON THE DRAFT REVISED EMPLOYMENT
TRIBUNAL REGULATIONS AND RULES OF PROCEDURE
This consultation invited comments, by 5 March
2004, on the draft revised Employment Tribunal Regulations and Rules of
Procedure. (Implementation of the Employment Act 2002, Part 2, sections 22-28.)
The Employment Tribunals Rules have been revised
to improve the efficiency and consistency of the process. The changes implement
provisions of the Employment Act 2002 and some recommendations of the ETS
Taskforce, with focus on improving efficiency and resolving disputes through
dialogue in the first instance.
