Web Survey

Web Survey

The Department for Constitutional Affairs, formerly the Lord Chancellor's Department, first established a departmental website in 1997. During that time the amount of information published online has increased significantly, with the numbers of users accessing departmental information rising steadily. We are continuously looking at ways of improving the electronic services which we offer our customers, and hope that our restructured site, launched in November 2003, offers clear, simple navigation combined with relevant up-to-date content.

In order to help us to deliver the services that will be most useful to you, we'd be most grateful if you could spare a few minutes to complete this questionnaire. When you have completed the form, click on the submit button at the end. Copies of your completed questionnaire will be sent to the DCA web team. Please feel free to miss out any question you wish, but obviously the fuller your answers, the more useful the questionnaire will be to us.

Although your contact details are not required, if you do wish to outline any comments to which you would like us to reply, please include your e-mail address in the space provided. This is optional, and if you do not include your e-mail details, then no personal information of any description will be forwarded to us as a result of you completing this form. We are governed by UK Data Protection legislation, which means we follow extremely strict security procedures for storing and disclosing information, and for preventing its unauthorised access. We can confirm, therefore, that your e-mail address, if included, will not be used for any other purpose than replying to your comments.
