Standardisation of PFI Contracts (SoPC) Version 3.
This is a new version of standard wording and guidance to be used by public sector bodies and their advisors when drafting PFI contracts. It supercedes Version 2, issued in September 2002 and contains new sections on refinancing and permitted borrowings.
Credit guarantee finance technical note and draft documentation
Following the publication of PFI: Meeting the Investment Challenge in July, HM Treasury is now publishing a Technical Note on the Credit Guarantee Finance scheme and draft documentation for the CGF programme, prepared for HM Treasury by Linklaters.
Draft Value for Money Appraisal Guidance
Following the publication of PFI meeting the Investment Challenge in July, which set out new proposals for a value for money assessment, to include the reform of the Public Sector Comparator, HM Treasury have drawn up draft guidance for comment.

The Advisory Council of Partnerships UK Annual Report 2002/3

The Advisory Council of Partnerships UK was set up by Treasury Ministers in 2001 to ensure that PUK fulfilled its public sector mission. It is comprised of public sector individuals; representatives of Government Departments, the Devolved Administrations, Local Authorities and other public bodies that are amongst PUK’s most significant clients. The Council meets twice yearly, and has published the Annual Report for the financial year 2002/3.
