Welcome to the Learning and Skills Council The LSC exists to make England better skilled and more competitive. Leading Change: The LSC's Annual Report and Accounts for 2005/06 31 July sees the launch of Leading Change, the LSC's Annual Report 2006 which outlines our key achievements of the last financial year.	Mayor's powers in London announced The future of Adult Skills in London has been announced and involves the London Mayor establishing a new London Skills and Employment Board which will set a strategy for adult skills and release an annual plan.

agenda for change - Funding Reform Second Consultation The LSC is undertaking a second round of technical consultations with providers, representative bodies and other stakeholders to identify solutions to funding reforms proposed through agenda for change.	Building a Sustainable Future Learning and Skills providers in England are integrating sustainable development practices into their everyday operations, according to new research commissioned by the Learning and Skills Council (LSC) and carried out by the Learning and Skills Network (LSN).
