CONSULTATION ON THE DRAFT REVISED EMPLOYMENT
TRIBUNAL REGULATIONS AND RULES OF PROCEDURE
This consultation invites comments on draft
revised Employment Tribunal Regulations and Rules of Procedure.
The Employment Tribunals Rules are being revised
to improve the efficiency and consistency of the process. The changes implement
provisions of the Employment Act 2002 (Part 2: Tribunal Reform (sections 22-28))
and recommendations of the Employment Tribunal System Taskforce, with focus on
improving efficiency and resolving disputes through conciliation in the first
instance.
