Future Offshore
This consultation paper, issued 22 November 2002, proposes a strategic planning framework as a basis for
major expansion of the offshore wind industry.
It recognises the industry’s potential for development and sets out the elements of the framework which will be needed to ensure that it can be realised quickly and efficiently, but in a way which is environmentally responsible.
