THE ELECTRICITY SAFETY, QUALITY AND CONTINUITY REGULATIONS 2002

The Electricity Safety, Quality and Continuity Regulations were made by the Minister for Energy & Construction on 24 October 2002. The new Regulations will come into force on 31 January 2003 and on the same date the Electricity Supply Regulations 1988 (as amended) will be revoked.
