MATERNITY RIGHTS

Maternity rights are changing: new maternity rights will benefit those women whose babies are due on or after 6 April 2003. To check your own maternity rights, or those of your employees, use the TIGER interactive website which covers both the existing and new rights. The website also includes an interactive calendar to help with planning leave and a form to help with notifying employers about maternity leave intentions.
