In advance of the new controls coming into force 1/5/04, and to have in place appropriate licence coverage, applications should be made now for both the Standard Individual Trade Control Licence and the Open Individual Trade Control Licence. Similarly, potential users of the Open General Trade Control Licence should register for this licence now.

Details of the new controls can be found under the Legislation heading.
