‘Mission accomplished’ for space pupils

Twenty-five teenagers have graduated from the Scottish Space School at NASA in Houston.

The young Scots were joined by Deputy First Minister Jim Wallace as they completed the week-long course.

Mr Wallace said: “This programme is truly unique. If we want young people to be enthused by science, we need to fire their imagination.” 16/01/2004
