DTI in the Regions

DTI is represented in each of the nine regions by the Government Offices, which are inter-departmental bodies headed by the Regional Co-ordination Unit (RCU) in the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister (ODPM). The GOs are funded via RCU, and staffed by representatives of the DTI, ODPM, Department for Education and Skills (DfES), Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), Home Office (HO), Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS, Department for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA), Department for Transport (DfT) and Department of Health (DoH).
