PATERNITY RIGHTS

Paternity leave and pay may allow a father to take paid time off work around the time of the birth of his child.

To check your own rights to paternity leave and pay, or those of your employees, use the TIGER interactive website. The new paternity rights will benefit employees with babies due on or after 6 April 2003.
