Value, Growth, Success - How Sustainable is your Business? (December 2000)

Following a consultation session with 350 stakeholders, ACBE developed a "Briefing Paper for Directors" to assist with the identification and prioritisation of sustainable development issues within companies. This document is firmly based on practical experience of pursuing sustainable development in today's businesses. It has the full support of the CBI and was sent out to the Directors of the UK's 10,000 largest companies.

The paper helps Directors to

identify a company's attitude to sustainable development,
integrate long term risks and opportunities into specific areas of the company,
prioritise areas for action to generate competitive advantage.
