What is the Challenge Fund?
The Challenge Fund, launched in
June 2000, is a resource to help employers to develop
and implement work-life balance strategies that benefits
the business, customer and employee.
So far the fund has provided £11.3m,
including £4.6m European Social Fund.
Who has benefited so far?
Since the campaign was first launched,
401 organisations across the England and Scotland have
benefited from funding.
These organisations come from the private,
public and voluntary sectors. They represent a range of industry and service sectors.
