The purpose of this
document is to explain the means of redress available to an
employee whose employer:

employee breaches the agreed terms and conditions. It is intended
to give general guidance only and should not be regarded as a
complete or authoritative statement of the law. Readers should be
alert to the possibility of developments in case law that might
affect the rights described.
