The Trade Association Exchange was held on 3-4 November 2003 at Centre Point in London.  Here we provide a report back on the day.
OFT Consumer Codes of Practice - Marketing Strategy

On 5 November 2003, the Office of Fair Trading unveiled its plans to promote to the general public the Consumer Codes Approval Scheme, that had its business launch in February. The consumer launch of the OFT Approved Code logo and a programme of high profile marketing activity will commence on 18 March 2004, backed by a substantial £1.7m launch budget to develop the Consumer Code brand. The campaign will include TV and radio ads, national and local press adds, posters, leaflets and a website.
