| Data Definitions authorised for use
across the Ministry of Defence are held in the Defence
Data Repository (DDR).
The work of creating and reviewing such Definitions is supported by the Application to Coordinate
Comments on Repository Definitions (ACCORD), which is available only to
Central Data Management and Data Management Group Staff
using the Ministry of Defence Restricted Local Area
Network Interconnect (RLI).
A read-only version of the DDR is available on
Corporate Headquarters Office technology System (CHOtS Open and Classic)
and the Internet (Unclassified only, with sensitive data removed).
