Action plan
Whatever the size of your business the first step in drawing up an action plan is to agree who will be responsible (your EMU co-ordinator). Your EMU co-ordinator will need to look at all aspects of your business, including finance, computers, marketing and production. Businesses which have separate units responsible for each of these areas have found it useful for the EMU co-ordinator to discuss the business impact of EMU with all business units.
This checklist will help you to organise your preparations for the single currency and keep a track on progress and budget implications.
