Northern Ireland Equality Scheme
The Department is working towards fulfilling its obligations under section 75 of the Northern Ireland Act 1998.  This section of the Act requires designated public authorities, of which the DTI is one, to ensure equality of access to services available to members of the Northern Ireland community.
