The consultation on "Possible Changes to the Landfill Tax Credit Scheme", produced jointly by Defra and HM Treasury, invites comments on the future priorities for funding through the scheme, a range of design options, including no change and transitional arrangements to any replacement scheme. Views are sought on these issues from environmental bodies, the waste management industry and other interested stakeholders.
