Introduction
The consultation paper on "Distribution of the Aggregates Levy Sustainability Fund" invites comments on Government's proposals for the operation and distribution of an Aggregates Levy Sustainability Fund in England.
This is the second part of the consultation on the fund, focusing on the details of how a scheme might operate in England. Previously the Government consulted on the objectives of the fund and the best use of resources. Details of the previous consultations are set out in Section 1 of the document.
