Veterinary certification is usually needed when dogs and cats are exported to EU Member States or to other countries. They are issued by Defra either through local offices or by Animal Health (International Trade) Division at Page Street. The initial contact should be through the local Animal Health Divisional Office listed below. Contact information is also available for the State Veterinary Service.
