Spending Review 2002

  • Service Delivery Agreement 2003-06 pdf file (65 KB). Defra's Service Delivery Agreement supports our Public Service Agreement with key underpinning targets and a range of other targets to deliver key outcomes for the organisation.
  • Departmental Investment Strategy 2003-2006. This sets out how Defra intends to use capital investment and its capital assets to meet its aim and objectives and how the capital resources will be spent and managed.

  • Defra Risk Management Strategy. The Risk Management Strategy outlines the principles and processes that underpin how the Department handles risk and uncertainty.

Spending Review 2000

The Public Service Agreement Targets 2001 - 2004 Technical Notes explain in detail how Defra will measure its new PSA Targets for 2001 - 2004 as outlined in the Service Delivery Agreement (SDA).

The Output and Performance Analysis sets out the measures used to chart MAFF's progress against the Public Service Agreement targets.

The Business Plan 2000-2001 sets out what MAFF planned to do in 2000-2001 to meet its aim and objectives and how it would be done with the resources available.
