EvidenceFull documentary evidence On 21 August, the Inquiry's Secretary, Lee Hughes, formally admitted as evidence the Inquiry documents which had not been referred to in the proceedings up to that date. Where appropriate, evidence submitted after the 21 August will also be posted on this site as and when it is received - new evidence will either be appended to the end of existing lists for each organisation, or we will indicate where we have created new categories for organisations or people. As a result, we are now able to make available nearly all the documentary evidence submitted to the Hutton Inquiry. Where documents cannot be made publicly available, explanations are given in line with the Code of Practice on Access to Government Information. This applies to sensitive or personal information, such as phone numbers or addresses, as well as a small number of documents which cannot be released on national security grounds. Personal witness statements or chronologies supplied by individuals have not been included because the relevant elements of them have already been read into the daily transcript. Evidence submitted by the Intelligence & Security Committee will be published by the Committee during September: we will provide a link to it. We will also continue to make available individual pages referred to in the daily transcripts. Evidence submitted by:
