ARMY BOMB DISPOSAL TO GET NEW .50 CALIBRE RIFLE


British Army Bomb Disposal teams are to recieve a new .5in (12.7mm) rifle, firing a range of sophisticated ammunition designed to pierce bomb casings and ingnite the explosive inside - allowing it to burn off harmlessly.
