This page provides links to case studies in downloadable form.

These case studies are written by parties involved in transactions and represent their own experiences and do not necessarily reflect the views of all the parties to the transaction.  They do not substitute the need to follow the Transactions Manual and the advice of advisors.

The case studies should provide a useful insight into some of the real issues that have confronted the writers including the successful and unsuccessful strategies and processes so that readers can learn from the experiences of others.

The Department, via the Transactions Board secretariat, encourages NHS organisations that have completed transactions, successfully or otherwise, to complete a case study using the template below:
