Mike's meeting of minds

Mike Campbel, Director of Research and Policy at the UK Commission for Employment and Skills, gave a keynote address at the 12th Annual Meeting of the Minds Conference in California recently.

The Meeting of the Minds Conference took place between 8 - 10 September at the Monterey Marriott Hotel in California.
