| Individual Insolvencies by Region Statistics for bankruptcy orders, debt relief orders and individual voluntary arrangements in England & Wales by geographical areas down to the equivalent of local authority level, were published by the Insolvency Service on 9th July 2010. These annual statistics, currently covering the period 2000 – 2009, show the number of new cases and rate per 10,000 adult population for each area and may be viewed at the links below. This edition reflects the recent changes to geographical boundaries and is broken down by Government Office Region, County, Unitary Authority and County District.
