1 Since the revisions to corporate administration under the Enterprise Act, those administrations
   which resulted in a Creditors' Voluntary Liquidation (CVL) have been separately recorded by
   Companies House.  These post-Administration new case CVLs are
not included under the
   headline CVL figures at Table 1 as they do not represent a new company entering into an
   insolvency procedure for the first time.  Similar information for Administrations converting to a
   Compulsory Liquidation or to a Company Voluntary Arrangement is not available; however
   numbers of these are relatively low in comparison.
