Insolvency
Service Enforcement Hotline
The Enforcement Hotline was set up in January 1998, as a result of a ministerial initiative to catch defiant directors and undischarged bankrupts who blatantly disregard disqualification orders made against them. The Hotline is open 24 hours a day and enables people who have information about defiant directors and bankrupts to pass it on. The intention is to enforce the disqualification and prevent the public from being exposed to more instances of corporate misconduct. Please complete the following questionnaire to the best of your ability so that we can consider your complaint further. Please print off a copy of the questionnaire and return it to;
