Tax Catch Up Plan for tutors and coaches

HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) thanks everyone who disclosed and paid what they owe using the Tax Catch Up Plan’s time limited voluntary disclosure opportunity. The Tax Catch Up Plan is a HMRC campaign aimed at tutors and coaches.

There are a number of campaigns where both the notification and disclosure periods have now closed, including the Tax Catch Up Plan. If you have unpaid tax that you think could have been reported and paid to HMRC under a campaign, don’t lose out, please call the campaigns’  Voluntary Disclosure Helpline.

It is better for you to tell HMRC about your undisclosed income. The penalty you pay may be lower than if HMRC comes to you first.
