2004 Spending Review
Public Service Agreements 2005 - 2008
In the PSA White Paper published in July 2004, DFT stated that measures of urban and inter-urban congestion were in the process of being developed and that new targets would be published by July 2005. The PSA has been updated accordingly with new PSA targets 1 and 4 included. Links to the original and updated PSA are included below.
