Public services productivity: HMT seminar papers

This volume brings together papers presented at a seminar on public service productivity held at HM Treasury on 13 June 2002.

'Public Service Productivity' features discussion of the economic principles of reform, including contributions from Timothy Besley, Oliver Hart and Julian Le Grand, and also reviews the evidence on reform, including contributions from Canice Prendergest, Peter Dolton, David Mayston, Jim Malcomson, and Peter Smith, Russell Mannion and Maria Goddard.
