Details of hospitality received by executive members of the department's board since April 2004 (or date from which information is available, if later) showing, to the extent known - who provided the hospitality, what the occasion was, the location and the value. If not included in the above information, the dates and locations of any engagement involving hospitality (meals etc) between any board member and Sir John Bourn, Comptroller & Auditor General and head of the National Audit Office, showing who paid and the value.

Information is tabulated in the PDF file, covering Executive Board Members as at the date of your request and hospitality covering the period of their tenure during 2005 and 2006. It shows, for each event, a description including the hospitality provider, the date, the nature of the hospitality and the location. No instances involved Sir John Bourn.
