Agenda items include:
- scene-setting/prevalence of food allergies and intolerances
- current food-allergen rules and changes due to take effect in December 2014
- ‘may contain’ labelling/progress on defining thresholds for food allergen management
Each item will be followed by a question-and-answer session.
The workshop will be presented by Sue Hattersley, Head of Food Allergy Branch at the FSA and supported by officials from the Food Standards Agency in Wales.
