Download Winzip if it not installed on your PC (see external links).

Download part 1 of the Study by 'right clicking' on the first link below and selecting 'save target as'. A box will then appear asking where you want to save the file. After you have saved the file, it should have an extension, .zip. Rename the file by selecting it and right click. Change the whole filename to "download.z01" (the ".z01" extension tells Winzip that this is part of a multi-part file).

Download part 2 of the Study by 'right clicking' on the second link below and selecting 'save target as'. Save the file in the same place as part 1. Rename this new file as "download.zip"

Double click on "download.zip". This will open WinZip with one PDF file listed. Double click on this PDF file to extract it.
