UK-China Fellowships for Excellence

The Fellowships for Excellence programme is administered by DIUS on behalf of the United Kingdom and the People's Republic of China Governments to encourage greater research collaboration between Chinese and UK institutions. The scheme enables UK post doctoral researchers from all disciplines to undertake research projects in China for up to 12 months and forms a central part of the Sino-UK Partners in Education programme.

Since its launch in 2007, 30 UK researchers have benefited from the Fellowships for Excellence scheme.

The 2009 phase of the programme is currently under design. Details will be made available as soon as they are finalised.
