Terms and Conditions

1. No purchase necessary.
2. Any eligible registrant who registers and quotes an applicable promotional code will receive the incentive stated in their promotional material.
3. Where applicable all registrants that qualify for a free incentive on registration will be notified within one month from the date of registration.
4. One incentive per new registrant only.
5. Registrants must fulfil the stated eligibility requirements in order to receive any incentive offered.
6. Promotions expire by the stated end date. 'GeoExp' expires on 18th December 2009. 'Forward to a Friend' promotion continues until stock lasts.  
7. By entering into this promotion, we will include your name on our mailing database and you will receive regular newsletter updates from us from time to time.
8. The Ministry of Defence (MOD) reserves the right to substitute a gift of equivalent or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control. No cash alternative will be offered.
9. MOD reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose this promotion without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable. The promoter is MOD whose registered office is at Main Building, Whitehall, London SW1A 2HB.
