Report of the Spoliation Advisory Panel concerning a claim in respect of a 12th century Manuscript now in the possession of the British Library  is the result of the work of the Spoliation Advisory Panel, which examined the case of a rare manuscript, which is part of the collection of The British Library in London.

The conclusion of the report is that the manuscript must be returned to its rightful owner and for this to be possible, it has recommended that legislation should be introduced to permit restitution of objects such as this one.
