Report of the Spoliation Advisory Panel in respect of four drawings now in the possession of the British Museum - HC1052

The following report is the fifth of a series published by the Spoliation Advisory Panel.

It considers a claim brought on behalf of the heirs of the late Dr Arthur Feldmann. The claim was in respect of four drawings now in the possession of the British Museum. The Panel recommended that the Government should make an ex gratia payment of £175,000 to the claimant.
