Question: Request for the following information in relation to the recruitment of the Casino Advisory Panel;

1) The names and experience of all those who did apply other than those who were subsequently appointed,

2) The names and experience off all those who were "approached and encouraged to apply",

3) Which of the successful candidates were "approached and encouraged to apply".
Case Number 103294

We can confirm that applications for membership of the Casino Advisory Panel were sought from people with an appropriate range of backgrounds, paying particular attention to their ability to demonstrate objectivity and independence when assessing bids. There were initially 66 applications. Of these, 45 went forward to the Sift Panel following a pre-sift exercise, and 13 were short-listed for interview.
