The Omai Painting - Case 14597

Question: The applicant requested the following information; ...

1. all minutes and documents relating to the Reviewing Committee's deliberations on the painting Omai by Joshua Reynolds from 1 November 2001 onwards,

2. all correspondence between the Minister for Arts and Guy Morrison with regard the Omai painting from 1 November 2001 onwards,

3. all correspondence between the Department and John Magnier concerning the Omai painting from 1 November 2001.
Case Number 14597

In response the following documents were provided:

- copy of a letter dated 5 December 2002 from Mr Morrison to the Chairman of the  Reviewing Committee.
- extracts from the minutes of the meeting of the Reviewing Committee which considered the painting.
