The Public, Private, Partnerships Programme (4ps), together with Communities and Local Government and Home Office, have produced a joint Procurement Pack for the Fire and Rescue Service and Police Service. The pack provides all the necessary documentation for FRS PFI projects as well as background and explanatory text. It is aimed at improving the efficiency of PFI procurement by benchmarking best practise and lessons learnt from previous projects.
