Notice to Exporters 2012/21 - revised policy concerning licence applications for exports to Argentine military
Announcement of revised policy concerning applications for export and trade control licences to Argentina
The Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS) has announced a revised policy on exports to, and trade (trafficking & brokering) in, controlled goods and technology for end-use by the Argentine military. This revised policy took place with immediate effect at 0930 on 26 April 2012.
Export Control Organisation will review extant licences for military goods to the Argentine armed forces with a view to revoking any that are not consistent with the revised policy.
