Recognition of Professional Qualifications
Review of the Mutual Recognition of Professional Qualifications Directive
The European Commission released a Green Paper on a revised Recognition of Professional Qualifications Directive on 22 June 2011. This is a formal consultation process by the Commission, outlining what shape a new Directive is likely to take. The Commission plans to propose a Directive in December.
