Transferring assets

The majority of the RDA land and property portfolio has been transferred to the HCA under a stewardship arrangement. The maps below show the geographical spread of these assets, which are valued as at March 2011 at over £300m; half the value of the total portfolio transferring to HCA.

This map shows the RDA land and property assets that have been approved for transfer to HCA against the geography of local enterprise partnerships. Please note that due to the close proximity of some sites, dots may represent more than one asset.

This map shows the RDA land and property assets that have been approved for transfer to HCA against the English regions and assets are colour-coded by RDA. Please note that due to the close proximity of some sites, dots may represent more than one asset.
